Orchard Gulf Building Materials is a cash & carry stocking yard in Saja’a Industrial Area, Sharjah, supplying MDF, plywood, particle board, and sawn timber to traders, contractors and joineries across the region. We run on some of the lowest margins in the market, and the price stays sharp by the pallet or the truckload.
We’re backed by one of the largest timber trading and indenting houses in Dubai — thirty years supplying the Gulf, Middle East, Africa, and Asia — and by a family trading legacy that began in Kuwait over fifty years ago. Three generations in timber means dependable sourcing, consistent grades, and stock that actually arrives.
We run the yard properly: live stock records, formal quotations, VAT tax invoices, and signed delivery orders on every sale. It’s a simple promise — material that’s really in stock, at a price you can trust, with paperwork done right.

The family’s trading story begins in Kuwait, where our grandfather’s trading company built its name in the building materials trade — relationships, reputation, and a way of doing business that still guides us today.
30 years ago — Dubai
The Trading House
The second generation established what became one of the largest timber trading and indenting houses in Dubai — importing and indenting MDF, plywood, and sawn timber from mills across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and supplying the Gulf, the wider Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Today — Sharjah

We import in container volumes directly through our group’s mill relationships in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Europe, and South America — then stock it in Saja’a and sell it on a cash & carry basis at some of the lowest margins in the market. No middle layers between the mill and your truck.
